Dawn-Marie is the RN Clinical Nurse Manager of True You Weight Loss–Atlanta. She is a native of Jamaica and everyone says she is warm and has a calming aura. She has a MSN in Nursing Executive Management from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She has over 30 years of vast experience as a clinical nurse as well as in leadership in hospitals and ambulatory settings. Dawn-Marie describes herself as a transformational leader and is passionate about safe nursing practices while making caring connections with patients and their families. It gives her great joy when her patients share how their lives have improved from the care or education they receive from her. Her mission is to maintain great relationships within the organization with focus on maximizing job satisfaction and a healthy work environment.
