Kate is a Certified Nurse Aide at True You Weight Loss, and is attending UNC Charlotte as a Nursing major. Kate worked in Gerontology and Memory Care before she joined the True You team in spring of 2021. Her passion for creating connections and caring for others fosters a comfortable environment for every patient in her care. Kate was born and raised in Cary, North Carolina, and loves to visit Sunset Beach every chance she gets. When she’s not working, you can find her hiking, cycling on her Peloton, putting together a charcuterie board, or gardening. Kate is the second oldest of four children, and comes from three generations of nursing. As the oldest sister, nurturing and caring for others comes naturally to her.
