Our goal at True You is to better understand endoscopic bariatric patients, including their background, motivations, and perceptions toward bariatric procedures and EBTs. This knowledge will help us to improve the care of our patients, and to inform the field of endoscopic weight loss so that better and more acceptable treatments can continue to be developed. True You has developed and implemented the Perceptions and Characteristics of Patients Pursuing Primary Endoscopic Bariatric Therapies (PERCEBT) survey to provide further insight into our patients’ history, concerns, and knowledge of endoscopic weight loss treatments.
Study status: enrollment complete; findings will be submitted for publication at Digestive Diseases Week 2023 (Chicago, IL).
